A wellness plan is a monthly membership covering preventive care. You pay monthly. We bundle the included care into a discounted rate.
A wellness plan is not pet insurance. It does not cover illness, injury, surgery, medication, or emergency visits. Pet insurance covers those things. The two products are designed to work together, not to replace each other.
We offer wellness plans because clients ask for the bundle. We will do the math with you to ensure a plan is the right fit for your pet's preventive care needs.

How to enroll: tell the front desk at your next visit, or check the box on the new-client form. We will discuss the plan details with you to make sure it is the right fit before you commit.
What's not included: illness or injury visits, prescription medication, surgery, emergency care, prescription diets, after-hours care, boarding, and grooming. Pet insurance covers most of these. We are happy to discuss insurance options at any visit.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Written notice is required. We prorate based on services used. Specific terms will be explained in writing at enrollment.
What if I have multiple pets?
Ask our team about multi-pet discounts.
Do you accept pet insurance?
Yes — we work with major pet insurance carriers. We collect at time of service; you submit the itemized invoice to your carrier for reimbursement. We're happy to provide any documentation your insurer requests.
